Rotherham Stewardship Skills Scheme
The Stewardship Skills Scheme's are free training programmes specifically designed to prepare you for a career in the environmental sector, equipping you with essential skills in sustainability, habitat management, and river stewardship.
PLEASE BE AWARE: You must not be in employment, education or training to be eligible for this course. You must also live in the Rotherham area.
The scheme involves visiting and working with local groups to learn about the ongoing work in the local area and carry out practical enhancement works along our rivers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational knowledge and gain hands-on experience to kick-start your journey in the environmental sector.
